Quarterback Starts
Bo Nix vs. Dallas Cowboys
Nix was a fantasy bust over the first three quarters of last week’s game, but he became the first player to ever record multiple TD passes and runs in the same quarter in the fourth. The Cowboys have allowed the most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season despite facing Russell Wilson, Justin Fields, Bryce Young and a half of Marcus Mariota last week. The Broncos are tied for the fourth-highest team total (27.5 points) and will benefit from a matchup with a Cowboys’ team averaging the most combined yards and points in their games this season. Nix is my QB5 this week.
Caleb Williams @ Baltimore Ravens
Chicago has gone run-heavy recently, but game-script should push passing volume this week. The Bears are 6.5-point underdogs, suggesting Lamar Jackson will return. Williams continues to struggle with accuracy, but he’s benefitting from Ben Johnson’s scheme and gets a favorable matchup Sunday. The Ravens' defense is healthier and will be improved, but Baltimore has allowed the third most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to quarterbacks and the third most EPA/pass this season. Williams is my QB11 this week.
