Quarterbacks
Jordan Love ($6.0K) @ Detroit Lions
Love is the QB6 in salary this slate during a fast-paced indoors matchup with the highest total (53.5 points). Josh Jacobs will likely be limited if he returns, so passing volume should be there against a Lions’ defense allowing the most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Love was limited in Wednesday’s practice with a back injury, which is something to monitor.
Bryce Young ($5.9K) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Some questioned Carolina’s decision to bring back Young as the team’s starter this season, but he’s been arguably the most improved player in football. He’s already thrown for 275+ yards in more games (five) this season than his previous three years in the league combined (four). The previously highly inefficient QB ranks sixth in ANY/A (7.55), and he’s remarkably been fantasy’s QB4. Young gets a matchup this week against the pass-funnel Tampa Bay defense; Buccaneers’ opponents own the league’s third highest pass rate (62.3%) this season.
C.J. Stroud ($5.7K) vs. New York Giants
Stroud had one of the best rookie quarterback seasons of all time, but he didn’t come close to matching that level of play over 2024-25. However, Stroud has bounced back in a big way this season, recording the seventh best Adjusted Net Yards Per Attempt (7.54) and a 9:1 TD:INT ratio. Stroud was drafted as the QB22 in composite ADP, but he’s been fantasy’s QB6 since Nico Collins returned in Week 4. Stroud had previously displayed dramatic splits throughout his career, but he’s performed equally as well on the road this season.
