New York Jets @ Jacksonville Jaguars
• Trevor Lawrence threw for 330 yards, led Jacksonville in rushing (51 yards) and totaled six touchdowns during a monstrous performance. Lawrence became the first player in NFL history to have had 300+ passing yards, five passing TDs, 50+ rushing yards and one rush TD in a game. Depending on your scoring, Lawrence likely turned in the biggest fantasy game by a quarterback this season, and it came during the opening week of the playoffs.
• Travis Etienne was held to just 32 rushing yards on 12 carries, but he caught three touchdowns. Etienne had never caught multiple TDs in a game during his career, and he’s up to five scores over the last two weeks. Bhayshul Tuten also caught a TD during his lone target, but he exited with a finger injury. The Jets have allowed six RB1 performances over the last five weeks.
• Jakobi Meyers had four catches for 65 yards in the first quarter, but he was quiet afterward, including suffering a drop in the end zone in the third quarter.
• Jacksonville’s offense and Brian Thomas Jr. have both benefitted from Meyers joining the team and moving to the slot.
• Breece Hall was limited to just 23 rushing yards on 12 carries, while Isaiah Davis ran in a fourth-quarter score. Brady Cook is a disaster who refuses to target Hall, and the matchup was tough; the Jaguars have allowed just one running back (CMC) to reach 90 total yards this season.
• New York has forced only three turnovers this year, and the NFL record for fewest in a season is seven.
Los Angeles Chargers @ Kansas City Chiefs
• Patrick Mahomes suffered a torn ACL late in the game, as Kansas City’s season ended in brutal fashion. Mahomes had a TD run during Kansas City’s opening drive, but it was the Chiefs’ only touchdown of the game. Mahomes’ timeline for 2026 now becomes a huge question mark. His career path has been eerily similar to Tom Brady’s.
• Rashee Rice took two massive hits from safety Tony Jefferson, who was later ejected for a hit against Tyquan Thornton. Rice returned to the game, but Gardner Minshew is an obvious downgrade for all members of the Chiefs.
• Kansas City is out of the playoffs for the first time in 11 seasons.
• Justin Herbert had modest production during the coldest game of his career, while Omarion Hampton and Kimani Vidal continued to split work in a tough matchup.
Buffalo Bills @ New England Patriots
• Josh Allen threw three touchdowns and may have surpassed Drake Maye in the MVP race. Buffalo’s 21-point comeback win was the largest by a visiting team in the history of Gillette Stadium, as the Patriots had won 120 straight games when leading by 17+ points at home.
• James Cook ran for 107 yards and totaled three touchdowns, finishing as fantasy’s RB1 this week. New England’s run defense has been dramatically worse since the loss of Milton Williams.
• Maye had two TD runs in the first quarter (one during just his seventh designed rush of the year), but he didn’t throw a score and got fewer than 8.3 YPA (6.7) for the first time in 11 games.
• TreVeyon Henderson had a 52-yard TD run in the first half and an even more impressive 65-yarder in the second. The rookie finished with 161 YFS on just 16 touches. Henderson now has a franchise-record and NFL-high four rushing touchdowns of 50+ yards this season. No other player has more than two! HIMderson was fantasy’s RB3 this week.
Cleveland Browns @ Chicago Bears
• D’Andre Swift had two touchdown runs and finished as the RB7 this week. Cleveland’s run defense has been dramatically worse since Maliek Collins went down.
• Kyle Monangai was stuffed at the goal-line multiple times and committed a bad drop during Chicago’s opening drive.
• Caleb Williams has the fewest interceptions (12) over a quarterback’s first career 1,000 pass attempts in NFL history.
• DJ Moore secured two TD catches, but Luther Burden was the Bears’ alpha after Rome Odunze aggravated his foot injury in pregame warmups. Burden suffered an ankle injury, and Cole Kmet had to be helped off, so Colston Loveland and Moore could see increased targets. Burden over Odunze in 2026 fantasy drafts.
• Shedeur Sanders threw three picks in an ugly game with temperatures that felt like -13 degrees. But he led Cleveland in rushing and threw a 42-yard dime to Isaiah Bond in the second quarter. Sanders has been pressured on 46% of his dropbacks this season, which would be the highest a QB has faced in a season since ESPN began tracking it in 2009.
• Harold Fannin Jr. disappointed fantasy managers, but he led all tight ends with 14 targets this week.
• Quinshon Judkins and Ashton Jeanty are the Spiderman meme both stuck in untenable situations.
• Myles Garrett recorded 1.5 sacks and is 1.5 away from the NFL record.
Baltimore Ravens @ Cincinnati Bengals
• Lamar Jackson tossed two touchdowns but attempted only 12 passes during an odd game. The Ravens barely possessed the ball over the final 20 minutes thanks in part to a wild pick-six and finished with just 40 plays on offense (20:41 TOP). Baltimore produced the highest explosive play rate (27.5%) in any game since 2009, but volume destroyed fantasy managers.
• Derrick Henry had just six carries for 17 yards at halftime but finished with 100 on 11 rush attempts. Keaton Mitchell (8-66) was also highly effective, as the two running backs averaged 8.7 YPC but didn’t reach pay dirt.
• Zay Flowers caught a touchdown and saw a 41.6% target share, but he also turned a catch into an interception and had a second potential TD go off his hands in the end zone. Still, it was nice to see Flowers score for the first time since Week 1, and DJ Turner had quietly been shutting down opposing WR1s this season.
• Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely combined for two catches and 18 scoreless yards on three targets against a defense that entered historically bad against tight ends.
• Joe Burrow had just 49 passing yards at halftime, got shut out and finished with a total EPA (-17.0) in the fourth percentile. At least he fed Ja’Marr Chase 16 targets (10-132-0).
• Chase Brown saw just 13-of-27 RB carries, but he made up for it with seven targets (securing all of them). Still, Samaje Perine is seeing far more of Cincinnati’s backfield work than Brown’s fantasy managers want.
Arizona Cardinals @ Houston Texans
• C.J. Stroud tossed three touchdowns and posted a +11.9% CPOE in the 90th percentile. Game-script and volume prevented Stroud’s fantasy day from being even bigger.
• Woody Marks returned and scored after suffering an early ankle injury, but he’d leave the game for good in the second quarter. Jawhar Jordan ran for 101 yards (6.7 YPC) in his place, as the injury cost Marks from having a big performance. Jordan became the first Texans’ RB to reach 100 rushing yards in a game this season and will be worth adding on waiver wires.
• Nico Collins caught a TD during Houston’s opening drive and added a second late in the fourth quarter. Collins also had a long catch nullified, as he finished as fantasy’s WR4 this week despite seeing just four targets.
• Trey McBride went off for 13-12-134-2 against the league’s best pass defense. He’ll have to settle for TE2 this week after Kyle Pitts’ epic outburst, but McBride has quite simply been one of this year’s best fantasy picks. McBride is the first tight end in NFL history to have 100+ receptions in back-to-back seasons and needs only 12 catches over the last three games to break the single-season TE record (116).
• The Texans led 10-0 before Jacoby Brissett took a snap. He tossed a season-high three touchdowns and will likely become the first passer to finish as a QB1 in any week this season versus Houston (barring Monday night). Brissett appears matchup-proof even with Marvin Harrison Jr. sidelined.
• Bam Knight left early with an ankle injury, with Michael Carter taking over afterward. Carter could make a fantasy impact over the next two weeks (Atl, @Cin).
Washington Commanders @ New York Giants
• Jeremy McNichols saw all four RB carries during Washington’s opening drive, but Jacory Croskey-Merritt took over afterward. “Bill” had a nice TD run and took advantage of facing the league’s worst run defense. McNichols lost a fumble late, so Croskey-Merritt looks like the heavy favorite for touches if Chris Rodriguez remains out.
• Terry McLaurin pulled down a 51-yard touchdown, and his game would’ve undoubtedly been bigger had Marcus Mariota attempted more than 19 passes.
• Jaxson Dart was evaluated for a concussion in the fourth quarter, marking the fifth time in 10 contests (dating back to preseason) he's been checked during a game. Dart finished with nine rush attempts for 63 yards, as he continues to scramble at a high rate even if New York no longer calls designed QB runs.
• Tyrone Tracy Jr. compiled 97 YFS and scored two touchdowns, finishing as the RB5 this week.
• Abdul Carter forced two fumbles, and the Giants have the top pick in the 2026 draft right now.
Las Vegas Raiders @ Philadelphia Eagles
• Saquon Barkley scored, but the Eagles continued to struggle without Lane Johnson. Barkley managed 3.5 YPC, but he got just 50 yards over his first 20 carries.
• Jalen Hurts tossed three TDs on only 15 pass attempts, while Dallas Goedert caught two scores and dropped a third.
• Only the Raiders (seven) had scored fewer touchdowns than the Eagles (eight) over the previous five weeks.
• The Eagles' defense had zero missed tackles for the first time in the 2025 NFL season.
• Kenny Pickett got 29 net passing yards on 29 dropbacks during his revenge game.
• Philadelphia’s backup offense had more yards on their only drive (79) than the Raiders had in the entire game (75). Las Vegas’ 75 total yards were the second fewest in franchise history.
• The Raiders entered with the lowest implied team total (12.5 points) of the NFL season, and it was far too high.
• Las Vegas is last in the league in rushing (72.7 yards/game) while somehow also allowing the most sacks (50).
• This marked the second quickest game in NFL history.
Detroit Lions @ Los Angeles Rams
• Matthew Stafford threw for the most yards (368) Sunday during a big win over the Lions. Stafford threw his first interception at home this season, but he continued to destroy the blitz. Stafford missed a wide-open Terrance Ferguson for a 37-yard TD in the first quarter, but he’s the favorite to win MVP.
• Kyren Williams and Blake Corum combined for 149 rushing yards and three touchdowns against a good run defense, but LA’s timeshare is here to stay.
• Puka Nacua got a career-high 181 receiving yards. He recorded a terrific catch in the second quarter and later drew a DPI penalty in the end zone on fourth-and-goal. Nacua was banged up late but returned and could see even more targets should Davante Adams miss time.
• Adams aggravated his hamstring injury and exited with 12:36 left in the fourth quarter. He has a short turnaround with Los Angeles traveling to Seattle on Thursday night.
• Colby Parkinson was tackled inside the five-yard line (and didn’t later score) during two separate drives, but he’d make up for it with two touchdown grabs, including one that shockingly held up after review. Parkinson entered ranked third in the NFL in red-zone targets (11) among all pass catchers over the previous six weeks, so he sure looks like a TE1 down the stretch.
• Jared Goff went 14-of-20 for 221 yards (11.1 YPA) and a 3:0 TD:INT ratio in the first half but was quiet over the final two quarters.
• Amon-Ra St. Brown recorded two touchdowns and 33.7 PPR fantasy points by halftime. He saw a league-high 18 targets and posted 33% more fantasy points than any other wide receiver this week, with Nacua and teammate Jameson Williams finishing as WR2 and WR3, respectively.
• Jahmyr Gibbs picked a bad week to put up a dud for many managers. He’s recorded either zero or three touchdowns during every game since Week 7.
• These teams combined for an NFL-high 518 total yards in the first half.
Green Bay Packers @ Denver Broncos
• Bo Nix threw for 302 yards and four scores, finishing as fantasy’s QB2. Nix played extremely well during an impressive win.
• Troy Franklin returned to Denver’s WR2 role with Pat Bryant out, and he could’ve had two touchdowns if the refs hadn’t erroneously ruled him down late in the first half.
• Courtland Sutton’s sixth TD catch of the year was his first that didn’t come in the second quarter.
• RJ Harvey lost a fumble during Denver’s opening drive but dominated work and scored before suffering a rib injury in the fourth quarter. His status needs to be monitored.
• The Broncos won their 11th straight game while clinching a playoff berth and moving to the No. 1 seed.
• Josh Jacobs scored two touchdowns while playing through his knee injury, including his first rushing score from outside the red-zone this season. Jacobs was fantasy’s RB6 against a stingy run defense.
• Jordan Love was picked off twice and threw for just 62 yards in the second half, as Green Bay’s offense suffered after Christian Watson exited. Love entered the most sensitive QB to pressure this season, seeing his YPA drop from second to 31st.
• Watson went down hard on his shoulder during a target downfield with 12:46 left in the third quarter. The play resulted in the first interception of the season for Patrick Surtain, and the Packers dropped to the seventh seed with the loss.
• Micah Parsons may have suffered a torn ACL during a non-contact play late in the third quarter, as Green Bay endured multiple losses Sunday.
• The Packers have allowed just one touchdown (19 points) during the first quarter this season.
Tennessee Titans @ San Francisco 49ers
• Brock Purdy tossed three touchdowns, and his 26-yard run in the third quarter was the longest of San Francisco’s season and of his career. The 49ers never punted Sunday.
• Christian McCaffrey has as many 30-touch games (five) as the rest of the NFL combined.
• Ricky Pearsall was hurt on a hip-drop tackle during San Francisco’s first play on offense, but he returned to lead San Francisco with 96 receiving yards. Slick Rick had totaled just 20 yards over his previous three games. He hobbled off after a late catch and won’t be 100% until 2026. Drew Brees comically mispronounced Pearsall’s name throughout the game.
• Jauan Jennings caught two touchdowns and is up to six scores over his last six games, while George Kittle finished as fantasy’s TE5 this week.
• Tony Pollard topped 100 rushing yards and was a top 10 fantasy back for the second week in a row.
• Jeffery Simmons caught a big man touchdown immediately after forcing a lost fumble. However, his personal foul penalty would later nullify Eddy Pineiro’s first missed field goal of the season.
Indianapolis Colts @ Seattle Seahawks
• Jaxon Smith-Njigba got there, but Seattle failed to produce a touchdown as huge home favorites. There’s building Sam Darnold concern, and Seattle’s offensive line is an issue.
• I’m beginning to think Kenneth Walker will fail to live up to expectations this year.
• Seattle’s first lead came thanks to Jason Myers’ fifth field goal with fewer than two minutes left. His sixth field goal came from 56 yards out and was the game-winner.
• Philip Rivers had a 5.3 aDOT in the seventh percentile and wasn’t asked to do much, but the 44-year-old grandpa nearly won during his first appearance in 1,800 days.
• Jonathan Taylor recorded 17 touches in the first half and finished with 28, but the Seahawks still haven’t allowed a 100-yard rusher over their last 23 games.
• Indianapolis’ pass catchers all took a massive hit as expected with Rivers starting, although Josh Downs caught a TD and nearly had a 54-yard score but couldn’t locate a pass in the air while wide-open downfield in the third quarter.
Carolina Panthers @ New Orleans Saints
• Devin Neal scored a touchdown but exited early in the third quarter with a hamstring injury.
• New Orleans had a 95-yard drive that lasted most of the second quarter (11:22).
• Bryce Young threw a dime to Jalen Coker for his lone passing score, while no one reached 50 rushing yards in this game.
• The Panthers lost in part because of an unnecessary roughness penalty at the end of a Tyler Shough run late in the fourth quarter. Carolina hasn’t won (or covered) a game as a favorite in more than four years and is 0-12 SU/ATS over that span.
Minnesota Vikings @ Dallas Cowboys
• J.J. McCarthy threw two touchdowns and ran in another during the best fantasy game of his career. McCarthy shook off being intercepted during his first pass attempt and led Minnesota to an upset win in primetime Sunday night.
• Aaron Jones split work with Jordan Mason and lost a goal-line TD to fullback C.J. Ham.
• Justin Jefferson had a touchdown catch nullified by an illegal formation penalty in the second quarter, and he’s somehow totaled just 37 scoreless yards on 18 targets over the last three weeks. Yikes.
• Javonte Williams scored early but missed time with a neck/shoulder injury. Malik Davis punched in a goal-line score, but Williams returned for the second half.
• Dak Prescott was held without a TD pass for the first time at home all season, and George Pickens was shut down in a difficult matchup.
• Brandon Aubrey executed a nice fake field goal, although he also missed two attempts – matching his previous total for the season.
