Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Buffalo Bills

• Josh Allen threw a bad interception inside his own 10 during Buffalo’s opening drive, but he’d make up for it with six touchdowns. He totaled 357 yards and became the first quarterback in NFL history to record three passing and rushing TDs in the same game twice in a career. Allen produced 44 points for Buffalo with his leading receiver Tyrell Shavers. Allen has separated himself as fantasy’s clear QB1 this season.

• James Cook had five carries for 10 yards at halftime but finished with 114 YFS and his first TD catch of the season.

• Sean Tucker erupted for 140 total yards and three touchdowns, finishing as fantasy’s RB1 - just like he did in Week 6 last season. Tucker saw a career-high 19 carries, including an impressive 43-yard score. He also added a touchdown catch after entering with fewer receiving yards (-4) this season than you and me. Tucker is simply a more explosive player than Rachaad White. He’s now averaging 166 yards and 2.5 touchdowns during games with 12+ touches in his career.

• Baker Mayfield had three carries and a TD run on a fourth down over the first 18 minutes after totaling zero rush attempts over his previous three games. He must be feeling healthier, and his running saved his fantasy day.

• The Buccaneers remain the only team without a tight end touchdown this season and are just 1-of-7 during two-point attempts.

Carolina Panthers @ Atlanta Falcons

• Bryce Young threw for 448 yards and three touchdowns during the best performance of his career. Young briefly exited the game and was clearly compromised by an ankle injury, making it even more impressive.

• Tetairoa McMillan had his official breakout game, posting career-highs in targets (12), catches (eight), yards (130) and touchdowns (two). McMillan was fantasy’s WR2 this week, and all he needs is competent QB play.

• Rico Dowdle was held to just 2.4 YPC, but he added five receptions for 55 yards. Dowdle had a TD catch overturned after review ruled he stepped out of bounds (it could’ve gone either way).

• Michael Penix Jr. was playing well (10.9 YPA) before aggravating his knee injury. There’s concern he misses more time, and Kirk Cousins was abysmal (3.4 YPA) after entering in the third quarter. Cousins posted a -27.5% completion percentage over expected that was in the first percentile.

• Drake London had five catches for 108 yards at halftime, but he had just 11 afterward with Cousins. The QB switch was bad enough, but London also suffered a knee injury in overtime. He’s scheduled for an MRI on Monday.

• Bijan Robinson matched his season rushing TD total (two) in the first half. Both scores came at the goal-line, although Tyler Allgeier added one there as well. Robinson hadn't seen a carry inside the five since Week 1, so Sunday’s increased role was huge. That said, Robinson managed just 11 rushing yards after halftime, and Atlanta’s offense looks miserable with Cousins.

Chicago Bears @ Minnesota Vikings

• Caleb Williams’ escapability was on full display Sunday, when he also had his fifth game-winning drive of the season. However, this matchup was a defensive struggle instead of the expected shootout, resulting in highly disappointing fantasy production throughout.

• D’Andre Swift saw 21 carries, but he lost a goal-line TD to Kyle Monangai (who was in during that drive).

• DJ Moore suffered a bad drop downfield in the fourth quarter, as no Chicago pass catcher reached 50 yards.

• The 7-3 Bears have yet to beat a team with a winning record.

• J.J. McCarthy might be a bust. Jordan Addison dropped a potential 61-yard touchdown on a nice throw during Minnesota’s second drive, but McCarthy was truly atrocious until the Vikings’ final drive. McCarthy’s -15.2% CPOE was in the sixth percentile. “Nine” attempted zero rush attempts, so he killed fantasy managers.

• Justin Jefferson has now been targeted a league-high seven times on passes that were intercepted (five from McCarthy). No other WR has more than five. Jefferson’s role remains strong, but McCarthy has been a significant problem.

Green Bay Packers @ New York Giants

• Josh Jacobs left in the second quarter with a knee injury. The team doesn’t think it’s serious, but an MRI will determine his status Monday. Emanuel Wilson would suddenly become an RB2 should Jacobs miss time. Be prepared to empty the rest of your FAAB.

• Romeo Doubs suffered multiple drops, while Christian Watson pulled down two touchdowns. Watson also nearly had another catch deep downfield late in the third quarter. He’s looked terrific since returning. Doubs will likely continue to lead Green Bay in targets, but Watson has the most fantasy upside among GB’s wide receivers rest of season.

• Jordan Love left with a left shoulder injury at one point (Malik Willis tossed a TD), but he was able to return. Love went 13-of-24 for 174 yards (with two TDs) and just seven rushing yards, but that was somehow good for fantasy’s QB7 this week.

• Tyrone Tracy Jr. led New York’s backfield, but Devin Singletary stole two goal-line touchdowns in the first half. Singletary nearly had a third score later, and he finished with 17 touches compared to 23 for Tracy. Jameis Winston ended up helping the Giants’ running backs and not their pass catchers this week.

• Winston threw a bad pick in the end zone to end the game, and he was fortunate Green Bay dropped multiple interception opportunities Sunday.

• Both teams missed an extra point in the first half for the first time in the NFL this season.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers

• Aaron Rodgers exited with a left wrist injury in the third quarter. There’s concern he suffered a “slight break” and further testing will come Monday.

• Jaylen Warren was on his way to a big rushing game (6.2 YPC) until suffering an ankle injury early in the third quarter. Warren attempted the best failed hurdle of the season before departing, and his exit opened the door for Kenneth Gainwell to finish as fantasy’s RB5. Gainwell saw two touches last week, but he led Pittsburgh in targets (eight), catches (seven) and receiving yards (81) Sunday while catching two touchdowns (one before Warren’s injury). Gainwell upgrades to an RB2 if Warren misses time, while Kaleb Johnson will also see more work. The Patriots get this Bengals’ run “defense” in Week 12.

• Chase Brown saw 26-of-29 RB opportunities with Samaje Perine out, and he’s racked up 22 targets over the last two weeks. Brown has shown better explosiveness of late, and more touchdowns will come. He’s a borderline RB1 with Perine sidelined.

• Ja’Marr Chase turned 10 targets into just 30 scoreless yards after going off for 161 and a TD when these teams met earlier this season. Moreover, Chase may be looking at a suspension next week after a possible spitting incident Sunday.

• Joe Flacco tossed a pick-six, as Pittsburgh scored two defensive touchdowns.

• The Bengals were down 10-9 when Mason Rudolph came in and somehow lost 34-12.

• Cincinnati has given up 27+ points in an NFL-record nine consecutive games.

• (The great) Kevin Harlan repeatedly referred to Chase Brown as “Chase,” which was extra confusing given his teammate is Ja’Marr.

Los Angeles Chargers @ Jacksonville Jaguars

• The Jaguars went run heavy, as Travis Etienne (two TDs) had a big fantasy day while Bhayshul Tuten also had the best game of his career. Tuten had more carries at halftime (eight vs. six), and he would’ve finished with more if not for injuring his ankle early in the fourth quarter. Etienne remains Jacksonville’s lead back, but the rookie will continue to see his role grow if health cooperates. He really flashed Sunday.

• Trevor Lawrence entered with the lowest Passer Rating in the league in the red zone, and he wasn’t needed much Sunday.

• Justin Herbert led the Chargers with 21 rushing yards and threw for just 81 before giving way to Trey Lance. It was a disastrous performance by Los Angeles’ offense, totaling 135 yards. The Chargers had run only three plays in the second half with 11:30 left in the fourth quarter, and then Herbert was picked off on the team’s fourth play of the half. LA’s dramatic on/off splits with Joe Alt got even worse Sunday.

Houston Texans @ Tennessee Titans

• Woody Marks wasn’t productive, but he continued to dominate Houston’s backfield. The rookie accounted for 19-of-24 RB opportunities, and this time it wasn’t in a negative game-script. The Texans’ offensive line is a problem, but Marks looks like an RB2 moving forward.

• Cam Ward led Tennessee with 33 rushing yards and finished with the first positive EPA game of his career.

• Calvin Ridley was carted in the first quarter after suffering a broken fibula, ending a rough season to say the least. Chimere Dike also left concussed.

• The Titans have lost an NFL-high nine straight home games.

Washington Commanders @ Miami Dolphins (Madrid)

• De’Von Achane totaled 165 yards on 26 touches, but he lost a short goal-line touchdown to Ollie Gordon. Achane went down late in the game, but he was able to return.

• Tua Tagovailoa attempted only 20 passes, limiting Jaylen Waddle’s opportunities in a favorable matchup.

• Marcus Mariota was solid until being picked off on the first play from scrimmage in overtime. At least he resuscitated Deebo Samuel.

• Chris Rodriguez led the Commanders’ backfield and looked good. He’s the clear preferred fantasy back in Washington.

San Francisco 49ers @ Arizona Cardinals

• Brock Purdy tossed three touchdowns during his first action since Week 4, and he looked far healthier than the last time we saw him. Purdy only attempted one rush, but his fantasy day would’ve been bigger if not for the lopsided score. Purdy leads the NFL in YPA and pass yards per game since 2023.

• Christian McCaffrey punched in a one-yard TD run during the game’s first play from scrimmage thanks to a long kickoff return. He totaled three scores, and CMC extended his NFL record with his 17th career game with a TD run and catch. McCaffrey recorded San Francisco’s first 20-yard rush of the season late in the game, as the 49ers had been the only team yet to do so for weeks.

• George Kittle’s second TD catch was the 50th of his career. He gets a fantasy boost with Purdy’s return.

• Ricky Pearsall played 84% of the snaps during his return, but he was held to zero yards on one catch. The telecast revealed that Pearsall told them his knee injury will continue to be an issue rest of season, so fantasy managers should keep expectations in check. I’d rather Jauan Jennings ROS given Sunday’s information.

• Eddy Pineiro is a perfect 22-for-22 during field goal attempts this season, but he missed his third and fourth extra point tries Sunday before leaving injured.

• Jacoby Brissett completed an NFL-record 47 passes and threw for the most yards (452) in any game this season. Brissett has benefitted from garbage time stats each of the last two weeks, but he also lost a TD on Sunday when Elijah Higgins coughed up a fumble inches before scoring. Brissett, who was playing without Marvin Harrison Jr., has been fantasy’s QB4 since taking over in Week 6.

• Michael Wilson erupted for 15 catches and 185 yards with Harrison sidelined. The most yards MHJ has ever logged across a two-game span is 194. I’m beginning to think Brissett is an upgrade over Kyler Murray for Arizona’s pass catchers.

• Trey McBride finished as the TE1 again, and he continues to look like a first-round fantasy player.

• The Cardinals committed 11 first half penalties, and then a holding flag nullified Bam Knight’s 62-yard TD run on fourth down during Arizona’s opening drive in the second half. Arizona was flagged 17 times Sunday.

Seattle Seahawks @ Los Angeles Rams

• Matthew Stafford threw for a season-low 130 yards but added two more TD passes.

• Blake Corum was stuffed on three straight goal-line carries from the one during LA’s second drive, and Kyren Williams punched in a score during fourth-and-goal. Williams was also tackled at the one during another drive (resulting in a Davante Adams TD), and he was far more productive than Corum (7.6 YPC vs. 1.3).

• Adams’ lone catch on eight targets was a one-yard touchdown, as he continues to be used heavily at the goal-line.

• Sam Darnold was picked off during Seattle’s opening drives of both halves and ended with four interceptions Sunday. He was dreadful, and Seattle’s defense deserves a ton of credit for keeping the Seahawks in this game. Darnold’s MVP candidacy took a big hit this week. He’s now 0-4 versus the Rams but 21-4 against the rest of the league over the last three seasons.

• Mike Macdonald had been 11-1 on the road to open his coaching career.

• Jaxon Smith-Njigba is the first player in NFL history to record 75+ receiving yards in 10 straight games to begin a season.

• Kenneth Walker came to life just when fantasy managers were fed up and in a tough matchup. Walker punched in a rare goal-line TD, and he had another touchdown run nullified by penalty. The Rams dared Seattle to run the ball, so Walker and Zach Charbonnet will have opportunities moving forward.

Baltimore Ravens @ Cleveland Browns

• Lamar Jackson threw a pick-six off Keaton Mitchell’s hands and finished with zero TDs and two interceptions for the first time in his NFL career. Jackson had just 10 rushing yards in a rare fantasy dud.

• Derrick Henry topped 100 rushing yards and scored against one of the league’s toughest run defenses, especially when in Cleveland.

• Mark Andrews’ first career rushing score came during a fake tush-push on fourth down to win the game.

• Shedeur Sanders started the second half after Dillon Gabriel exited with a concussion, and it went even worse than expected. The Browns were shut out over the final two quarters, when Sanders had 20 net passing yards on 16 attempts. Sanders’ -34.8% CPOE must be a record. In Sanders’ defense, this was apparently the first action he’s ever seen with Cleveland’s ones.

• Myles Garrett became the first player in NFL history to record at least 12 sacks in six consecutive seasons.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Denver Broncos

• Bo Nix didn’t have a big fantasy game, but he led another game-winning drive during Denver’s fifth fourth quarter comeback win of the season.

• RJ Harvey saw 14 touches with J.K Dobbins out but failed to produce in a tough matchup. Discouragingly, Harvey was replaced inside the 10 with 187-pound Jaleel McLaughlin, who was admittedly able to be carried into the end zone. Harvey still profiles as an RB2 moving forward.

• Troy Franklin entered leading the Broncos in targets and air yards and all wide receivers in designed targets. He led Denver in targets (eight) and receiving yards (84) again Sunday in a difficult matchup. Franklin has seen for more work in the red zone than Courtland Sutton this season, and he’s emerging as the Broncos’ WR1.

• Sean Payton committed an unsportsmanlike penalty for colliding with a ref.

• The Broncos have the NFL’s best record yet have punted the most times in the league.

• Patrick Mahomes missed an open Xavier Worthy for a 61-yard score in the first quarter, as the QB continued to struggle throwing downfield despite LT Josh Simmons’ return. Worthy was otherwise invisible as usual, as he’s become a drop candidate.

• Travis Kelce had his best game of the season, and Rashee Rice will bounce back in Week 12 in Indy.

• The Chiefs are currently the AFC’s ninth seed and outside the playoffs.

• Kansas City fell to 0-5 in one-score games this season after going 11-0 last year.

Detroit Lions @ Philadelphia Eagles

• Saquon Barkley had a touchdown run overturned after review, only to watch Jalen Hurts score the team’s lone TD on a tush-push the next play. Hurts threw for just 130 yards, as no Philadelphia pass catcher reached 50 receiving yards.

• Jared Goff completed only two of his final 18 pass attempts and posted a 37.8 completion percentage. This Eagles’ defense looks absolutely dominant.

• Jahmyr Gibbs secured a career-high 107 receiving yards, while Jameson Williams scored and had another productive fantasy game (despite the tough matchup) with Dan Campbell calling plays. Williams’ penalty after his touchdown led to Detroit missing the extra point, but his new usage is awfully exciting.

• The Lions suffered five turnovers on downs through three quarters.
