Fantasy Football Rankings, Week 9

Well, we made it through the most nightmarish week of the fantasy season, but let's not assume things are about to get easy. 

Three of the league's most joyless and intolerable teams are back from bye — Jacksonville, Arizona and Vegas — so, unfortunately, we can't ignore those dreadful situations in Week 9. Also, we have another four teams out of the mix this week, two of which have been particularly useful this season (Philly and Tampa). 

But don't fret. We'll get through this mess together. Here's the answer key for Week 9...
