Williams has been fantasy’s QB7 despite ongoing accuracy issues thanks in part to Ben Johnson pushing the right cheat code buttons. Moreover, Williams’ 10% designed-run rate is higher than Josh Allen (8%), Daniel Jones (8%), Bo Nix (8%) and Drake Maye (7%). Williams has gotten 8.1 YPA with six touchdowns and zero picks over two home games this season, and he gets a favorable matchup this week. The Saints have allowed the second most passing scores and the fourth most QB rushing yards per game. Williams is my QB6 this week.
Jared Goff vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Goff has gotten 9.1 YPA with seven TD passes over two home games this season, and he gets a pass-funnel matchup Monday night. The Buccaneers have yielded just 65.3 RB rush yards per game; Bijan Robinson, Breece Hall, Saquon Barkley and Christian McCaffrey have averaged a combined 35.5 rushing yards over four games against Tampa Bay. Meanwhile, the Bucs have ceded the 10th most fantasy points to quarterbacks. The Lions have the highest implied team total (30.5 points) this week, when Goff is my QB7.
